❗️Urgent Hiring❗️We're hiring for ALL snow positions this upcoming winter season. We are looking for applicants / candidates right now. See details below and contact information.

◾Subcontractors

◾Managers $45.00 to $50.00 per hour.

◾Plow Truck Operators $35.00 to $40.00 per hour.

◾Salt Truck Operators $35.00 to $40.00 per hour.

◾Skid Steer & Backhoe Operators $40.00 to $50.00 per hour.

◾Shoveler Sidewalk Crews $30.00-$35.00 per hour.

🟦Sub Contractors-Requirements🟦

• Must have your own 4x4 truck with a plow.

• Truck and plow must be in good working condition.

• Must have a valid driver's license.

• Must have experience in snow removal.

• Must be available to work during all snow events 24/7.

• Must have a working smartphone.

Compensation

• 4x4 trucks between $100.00 and $125.00 per hour (depends on plow type/condition).

• Skid steers between $100.00 and $135.00 per hour.

• Backhoes between $150.00 and $185.00 per hour.

• Compensation determined upon experience and the type of plow / equipment.

• Fast payment.

🟦Supervisors-Requirements🟦

During winter weather events, Snow Seasonal Supervisors help our team provide excellent service through communication and quality control within their designated snow routes. Their work includes but is not limited to, patrolling crews during services, recording time and material data and giving real time updates on site conditions. $45.00 to $50.00 per hour.

🟦Truck and Machine Operators-Requirements🟦

• Must have experience in snow removal.

• Must have experience in operating skid steers and backhoes.

• Must be available to work during all snow events 24/7.

• Must have a working smartphone

Compensation

• Between $35.00-$40.00 per hour.

• Determined upon experience

• Fast payment.

Ideal applicants need to be reliable and honest team players with communication skills and a smartphone. Availability before, during and after any winter weather event is a must.
