Frank Sr. founded Custom Landscaping and Lawn Care in 1982. He currently serves as the Director of Sales, where he oversees and manages the entire sales team and teaches them to be as effective in the field as possible. After 37 years in the business, Frank enjoys building lasting relationships with his clients. When asked what his best skill is, Frank replied, “I feel my best skill is me. I am very knowledgeable about the industry and I am a people person. I enjoy immensely interacting with people on a day to day basis.” Family means everything to Frank and he enjoys spending his free time with them.
